Welcome to Collyvale

A little world with room for big feelings.

Deep in the woods, tucked away among the trees, there’s a cosy family home called Collywobble Cottage.

It’s warm, noisy, curious, occasionally chaotic — and full of the sort of little moments that can make a perfectly ordinary day feel very big indeed.

Ollie knew three things about Collyvale.

One

It was home.

Not the biggest home. Not the quietest home. And definitely not the tidiest. But it was theirs.

Two

Things happened there.

Small things, mostly. A lost toy. A strange noise. A muddy puddle. Sometimes, somehow, a very big adventure.

Three

Everyone wobbled.

Some wobbles were loud. Some were quiet. Some hid behind brave faces and hands-in-pockets confidence.

The important bit

So, what exactly is a wobble?

A wobble is that funny feeling when something feels a little too much.

It might be butterflies before school. A new place. A loud noise. Getting something wrong. Saying hello. Saying sorry. Or simply having one of those days when everything feels slightly wonky.

Wobbles aren't bad. They don't mean you've failed. And they don't always need fixing.

Sometimes you just need someone beside you while the wobble passes.

Around Collyvale

There’s always somewhere to go.

The Collywobbles don't need enormous adventures. Collyvale is already full of places where something might happen.

Collywobble Cottage

Home sweet home. This is where muddy boots get left by the door, breakfast gets eaten, arguments happen, and everyone eventually comes back together.

The Big Tree

A favourite meeting place, climbing challenge and excellent spot for thinking very important thoughts.

The Forest Path

It looks ordinary. Until you take the wrong turn. Which, in Collyvale, is usually where the interesting bit begins.

Gus's Workshop

Full of tools, bits of wood, half-finished inventions and things Gus is absolutely certain he can fix.

Bella's Treasures

Nobody quite knows where Bella finds them. Buttons, feathers, pebbles, sticks and other things that are apparently extremely important.

Ollie's Quiet Place

Somewhere he can sit, think and pretend he's not thinking. Especially useful after a brave face has had a particularly busy day.

And then...

Something happens.

That's where the stories begin.

A normal morning becomes a worrying one. A tiny problem becomes a very big problem. Someone needs help. Someone gets something wrong. Someone says, “I'm not scared,” just a little too quickly.

And sooner or later, Ollie's brave face gets put to the test.

Because in Collyvale, being brave doesn't mean never wobbling.

It means finding your way through the wobble — sometimes with help, sometimes with laughter, and sometimes with a little bit of both.

There's always room for one more.

Especially if you've got a wobble.
